The ST75 is a direct mass flow measurement and monitoring solution for air, fuel gases, compressed air, inert and other gas flows that are present within industrial processes. It offers accurate readings and there are no moving parts. The device is available in nine different sizes. It can be used for direct in-line installation in line sizes from 1/4 to 2 inch [6 to 51mm]. The unit combines precision lithography structured platinum RTD sensors that are embedded in FCI's equal mass thermowells. This along with microprocessor electronics and a precise actual gas calibration will provide top notch performance.

The device can eliminate the need to bring additional sensors on to the scene. These might be required by infrared technologies for measurements of direct mass flow. It uses thermal dispersion technology for this purpose. The instrument can be used for measuring a wide range of flows from low to high using its 100:1 turndown and flow ranges from 0.01 to 559 SCFM [0.01 to 950 NCMH] features. It can be specially calibrated for working with most of the gases.

The ST75 gas mass flow meter built with no moving parts is used for accurate direct mass flow measurement. It also offers a monitoring solution for fuel gases, air, compressed air, inert and other gas flows within industrial processes. The device is available in nine different sizes for direct, in-line flexible installation in line sizes from 1/4 to 2 inch [ 6 to 51mm].

ST75 features precision lithography structured platinum RTD sensors embedded in FCI's equal mass thermowells combined with microprocessor electronics and precise actual gas calibration to outstanding flow measurement performance. ST75's direct mass flow measurement is designed based on FCI's proven thermal dispersion technology, thus significantly eliminates the space and expenses of any additional sensors required by inferred technologies. The module with its 100:1 turn down and flow ranges from 0.01 to 559 SCFM [0.01 to 950 NCMH], offers wide flow range, from low to high flow conditions.
