The sensor module from MCQ is designed to used for measuring and controlling of mass flow. This device allows the user to create a mass flow controller that meets their own features. The board mounts an operational amplifier, an analog filter and a DSP micro-controller that recognized the data recovery, the digital filtering, the linearization and the thermal reimbursement. The DSP micro-controller can be programmed to accomplish the PID control to manage the valve in answer to the information gathered by the flow sensor mounted on board.

The TSF Digital Thermal Mass Flow Meter is made up of wetted materials that are made of standard flowbody- SS316 and O-ring- Viton can be availed upon request. It comes with or without LCD display and approximately weighs 6.5 kg with power supply. The input power is 24VDC standard and the optional power supply is 15VDC 115VAC, 220VAC@500mA. The output signal is 0~5 VDC and the minimum linear load is 1000Ω or 4~20mA and linear loop resistance is 500Ω. The minimum pressure is 100” H2O and the maximum pressure is 500 psig. Lastly, the process connection is 1”NPT female and the electric connection is 9 pin sub “D”.
