Thermal mass flow meter - MFM 2020
The MFM 2020 is a compact mass flow meter that is equipped with digital interface and 0-5 V analog output. It is small-sized to cater applications wherein space is limited. Furthermore, it can be used in building custom made multichannel gas metering units. Temperature, meter state and identity information are provided by the MFM 2020.
