Thermal mass flow meter - MFM 2021
The MFM 2021 is a thermal mass flow meter that is equipped with extra highly precise PID controller. It also comes with an analog out put to control the gas flows directly, quickly and accurately. Its additional valve override mechanism sets the valve immediately into completely open, moderately open, moderately closed or completely closed positions.
