The HLX776 Series manufactured by DIGITRON, is an insertion mass flow meter that is made according to the mass flow measurement. This device is suitable for flow measurements of the shrinked air and gases of pipes ranging from DN50 up to DN300. It has the capacity to measure a wide range of applications that are the nitrogen, non-flammable and non-corrosive gases, CO2 and the compressed air consumption.
In addition, the HLX776 insertion mass flow meter has the capacity to measure pressures up to 16 bar and 200 Nm/s. This device is equipped with a patented and non-returning protection that features three functions in only one device. Moreover, this device can assemble and disassemble items under pressure without any flow interruptions.

The HLX772 is a thermal mass flow meter that measures mass flow, volumetric flow or standard flow of compressed air and gases irrespective of pressure and temperature. It can be used to measure the utilization of compressed air, nitrogen, CO2, helium or other non-corrosive gases. Hot tap valve allowing installation and removal without interrupting flow permits regular calibration, irrespective of the device downtime. Installation costs can be saved by installing multiple sensors in a pipeline at the same time using the MultiController mounting valve. The hot-film sensor element facilitates high resistance to contamination, long term stability and high accuracy even under tough operating conditions.
