Thermal mass flow meter / for gas - IP67 | ST75 series
The ST75 is a direct mass flow measurement and monitoring solution for air, fuel gases, compressed air, inert and other gas flows that are present within industrial processes. It offers accurate readings and there are no moving parts. The device is available in nine different sizes. It can be used for direct in-line installation in line sizes from 1/4 to 2 inch [6 to 51mm]. The unit combines precision lithography structured platinum RTD sensors that are embedded in FCI's equal mass thermowells. This along with microprocessor electronics and a precise actual gas calibration will provide top notch performance. The device can eliminate the need to bring additional sensors on to the scene. These might be required by infrared technologies for measurements of direct mass flow. It uses thermal dispersion technology for this purpose. The instrument can be used for measuring a wide range of flows from low to high using its 100:1 turndown and flow ranges from 0.01 to 559 SCFM [0.01 to 950 NCMH] features. It can be specially calibrated for working with most of the gases.
