Thermal mass flow meter / for gas / insertion - ST98 series
The ST98 series is manufactured by Fluid Components International LLC. It is an insertion thermal mass flow meter for virtually any gas or gas mixture in line sizes from >2 inches up to 42 inches [5 0mm to 1066 mm].Features of the ST98 series include direct mass flow measuring, integral and remote electronic versions, and all welded wetted components. It has no movable components, the parts are robust in all metal enclosures. The flow range is 0.75 to 600 sfps [0.21 to 172 nmps].
