This is the GF125 High Accuracy ( HA ) which is a high performance gas and range specific model. It is for critical gas process applications which need the largest range of working yet a tight flow of accurate controlling. Typical application is multi-step processes needing a high flow rate ( up to 10 slpm ) and a highly accurate low flow rate. This was done by using two mass flow controllers traditionally, but now with the help of GF125 ( HA ) superior low setpoint accuracy these two mass flow controllers have been replaced with one single controller which enables it to be cost effective as well as frees up a gas line for greater gas panel flexibility. This GF125 is a second generation multi-variable, pressure transient insensitive mass flow controller which has been built on the Brooks' leadership position in pressure transient insensitive ( PTI ) mass flow controller technology.
