The thermoforming machines "22BM" and "30BM" are automatic models which produce items like PS, EPS, PP, EPP, PVC, PET, PETG, ABS, HIPS, OPS and PLA. The technology is based on the BLANKING and simultaneous forming of product, so that moulds with incorporated cutting system that offer dimensional precision of the items. The machine has mechanical cams and their working cycle is controlled by an electronic programmer. this alters the operating parametrs when the machine runs so that data of different moulds can be stored. Our "BM series" can be incorporated with an = extrusion plant which has been designed for the production system with in-line technology.This system helps to obtain finished products which starts from the raw-material granule.

The 22TM and 30TM thermoforming machines are fully automatic models designed for the production of components in materials such as PS,EPS, PP, EPP, PVC, PET, PETG, ABS, HIPS, OPS, PLA and mPLA. The technology on which the machines are based is the simultaneous blanking and forming system. Utilizing molds with an incorporated cutting system guarantees an optimal dimensional precision of the items being formed. The use of multi-row molds is enabled with the bottom tilting platen. A system of mechanical cams actuates the TM models and an electric programmer controls the working cycle. Operating parameters can be modified, even when the machines are running. The data of different molds can be stored. Overseeing the entire process, starting from the raw-material granule to the finished product, is enabled with this series. These models can be combined with extrusion plants that are designed for the production process with in-line technology.

POLYFORM80 is currently the best and most enhanced thermoforming machine of the series with in-line stations. It is compliant with thermoform by vacuum and/or compressed air, is moved by an electro-mechanic system with servomotors that operate a set of toggles installed on the movable plates of the forming press and of the cutting press. Unlike other motion systems, this unit shows an exceedingly high production speed, and makes use of forming moulds with incorporated rule-cutter, as in our "POLYFORM80RCM" supplied without separate cutting station.
There is a PLC system that controls the heating zones, as well as the servomotors and all the functions that determine the production cycles. The "POLYFORM80" series gives the possibility to use simple forming-, cutting- and stacking-tools manufactured from cheap material.This enable the production of thermoformed items at economized, and very low costs, even with small production quantities.

The ROTOFORMS1 and the S10 are made using two unit: the thermoforming machine and the horizontal cutting press, which operate separately in-line. These machines will thermoform by vacuum and/or compressed air and these units are actuated via the electro mechanical system that is driven using the servomotor which operates a set of toggles that is installed on to the movable platens of the forming press itself. This system allows for an extended production speed, which is not obtainable by other types of motion systems. The heating zones, along with the servomotors and the functions which determine the production cycle and they are controlled with simplicity by the PLC system. On the ROTOFORMS series with the horizontal cutting press that has a working speed which is three times greater than that of the thermoforming unit. This allows the use of a blanking tool which is 1/3 smaller, providing superior cost advantages.

This thermo forming machine model is made of stainless steel and designed to satisfy market requirements. It’s highly resistant to corrosive products and aggressive environments. There are different modules that make up the structure, for loading, unloading, cutting, forming, and sealing. For maximum flexibility, different accessories such as automatic loading systems or injection functions can be easily set up. All of the functions can be programmed via the control panel, which can memorize up to 99 programs. Programmable functions include vacuum level, forming time, chain speed, temperature pressure, etc. Data access is password protected for safety. The drive control features a brushless motor. Rigid films typically require preheating stations to be formed, and flexible films can be formed with the use of compressed air or vacuum. Depending on the products and production requirements, loading can be automatic or manual.
