COMI's LaborForma's Thermoforming Machines are generally utilized for applications that involve processing a wide range of plastic materials. This includes HIPS, ABS, PMMA, and PP materials, all with thickness rates that approximate at 8 mm; PVC materials that measure at 3 mm are also included. When integrated with appropriate material fittings, the systems are capable of processing materials, reel-to-reel, of up to 1 mm.
Aside from processing plastic materials, the thermoforming machines may also be used for applications that involve manufacturing of thermoformed components. These include bathroom furniture articles, household appliance articles, illuminated signs, helmets, and more. They feature primary manual material loading/unloading systems, designed and manufactured according to customer demand or application requirement.

The BasicLine Standard, and the SuperLine Standard are manufactured by Comi, that are thermoforming lines which are composed of a series of in-line stations, thus makes the forming process fully automated. Both lines are ideal for use in creating the inner doors and the liners of household refrigerators, which does not require and extra configurations. They have the capacity to process sheets made of either ABS or HIPS, and with thicknesses that ranges from 0.5 mm up to 8 mm.
The BasicLine Standard is integrated with a heating station, and the SuperLine Standard is furnished of two heating stations. The forming process is obtained via the establishment of vacuum in the mold. The shaped object is formed with the use of either positive or partially negative molds.

It is designed having a horizonatl rotating wheel index, that is capable of cutting sheets through load/unload, heat, and form stations. The machine also has male or female tools on either the top or bottom of the platens. These tools have a variety of process routines, including the Vacuum with Plug Assist, Vacuum with Billow Box, Vacuum Pull, Vacuum Blow and Snapback. Brown Machine represents a wide range of thermoforming machinery with pneumatic rule/forged high die trimming for different workpieces such as blister packs, medical trays, food packaging and other thermoformed products. These products have a directly guided form station with high tonnage pneumatic toggles and heavy duty trim stations. Trim stations can develop 75 tons of trim force and they are firmly joined with the frame. The trim station is supported on linear bearing rails with a X-Y-W adjustment that allows adjusting during the operations.
The thermoforming machinery is equipped with a touchscreen HMI with PLC that can control both machine and oven controls, and a high torque electric servo motor. These features allow fast and reliable sheet indexing.
