Plate thermoformer / fully-automatic - BM series
The thermoforming machines "22BM" and "30BM" are automatic models which produce items like PS, EPS, PP, EPP, PVC, PET, PETG, ABS, HIPS, OPS and PLA. The technology is based on the BLANKING and simultaneous forming of product, so that moulds with incorporated cutting system that offer dimensional precision of the items. The machine has mechanical cams and their working cycle is controlled by an electronic programmer. this alters the operating parametrs when the machine runs so that data of different moulds can be stored. Our "BM series" can be incorporated with an = extrusion plant which has been designed for the production system with in-line technology.This system helps to obtain finished products which starts from the raw-material granule.
