This thermo forming machine model is made of stainless steel and designed to satisfy market requirements. It’s highly resistant to corrosive products and aggressive environments. There are different modules that make up the structure, for loading, unloading, cutting, forming, and sealing. For maximum flexibility, different accessories such as automatic loading systems or injection functions can be easily set up. All of the functions can be programmed via the control panel, which can memorize up to 99 programs. Programmable functions include vacuum level, forming time, chain speed, temperature pressure, etc. Data access is password protected for safety. The drive control features a brushless motor. Rigid films typically require preheating stations to be formed, and flexible films can be formed with the use of compressed air or vacuum. Depending on the products and production requirements, loading can be automatic or manual.
