Plate thermoformer / fully-automatic - TM series
The 22TM and 30TM thermoforming machines are fully automatic models designed for the production of components in materials such as PS,EPS, PP, EPP, PVC, PET, PETG, ABS, HIPS, OPS, PLA and mPLA. The technology on which the machines are based is the simultaneous blanking and forming system. Utilizing molds with an incorporated cutting system guarantees an optimal dimensional precision of the items being formed. The use of multi-row molds is enabled with the bottom tilting platen. A system of mechanical cams actuates the TM models and an electric programmer controls the working cycle. Operating parameters can be modified, even when the machines are running. The data of different molds can be stored. Overseeing the entire process, starting from the raw-material granule to the finished product, is enabled with this series. These models can be combined with extrusion plants that are designed for the production process with in-line technology.
