Compressed air thermoforming punching and stacking machine - POLY series

POLYFORM80 is currently the best and most enhanced thermoforming machine of the series with in-line stations. It is compliant with thermoform by vacuum and/or compressed air, is moved by an electro-mechanic system with servomotors that operate a set of toggles installed on the movable plates of the forming press and of the cutting press. Unlike other motion systems, this unit shows an exceedingly high production speed, and makes use of forming moulds with incorporated rule-cutter, as in our "POLYFORM80RCM" supplied without separate cutting station.

There is a PLC system that controls the heating zones, as well as the servomotors and all the functions that determine the production cycles. The "POLYFORM80" series gives the possibility to use simple forming-, cutting- and stacking-tools manufactured from cheap material.This enable the production of thermoformed items at economized, and very low costs, even with small production quantities.
