Collimator lens - J10919 series

The J10919 series FAC lens is an optical lens. It collimates light which spreads out from a semiconductor laser along the fast-axis into a single direction. The output light cannot be efficiently used unless collimated because, in the fast-axis direction, the semiconductor lasers have a large divergence angle.

The FAC lens is able to collimate light spreading from a semiconductor laser into a narrow beam. It does this with a radiation angle of several milliradians (mrad) or less. This means that the diverging light can be effectively utilized. It features an aspheric micro-cylindrical lens.

Laser welding optics

Laserline modular optics are the leading choice of customers for their laser applications. The flexible optics also provide customers add-ons which help in developing dependable, sensor-controlled processes resulting in high quality, consistent manufacturing.

The integration of sensors, which gather process information, is enabled by the additional beam splitter cube. The laser power and temperature is controlled by a pyrometer which uses the emitted radiation.

The process can be observed safely on a monitor thanks to a CCD camera. The exchange of cover glasses is made fast and simple, even in systems which are hard to reach, by a drawer style cover glass holder, specifically for processes like cladding and metal welding. The beam can be shaped into into any geometrical form thanks to the easily swappable optics at the end of the optical fiber.

Laser cladding optics

These coating optics are used for powder layering provide possible rectangular and circular focus. The coaxial power feed nozzles are available in different sizes. They have built-in gas supply and cooling. It offers easy replacement due to a protective glass drawer. These optics also come with integrated sensors for process monitoring.

Laser homogenization optics

Honogenizing optics are made with rectangular, square and line focus options. These are used for surface treatment and tape laying processes and may work with surface hardening units and welding edge bands. This can use a zoom lens and a CCD camera attachment. This works for manage focus options like the 40 x 8 and 20 x 10 square millimeter measurements.

Achromatic lens - 400 - 700 nm | LAO series

This cemented achromatic doublet is standard quality and ideal for low to moderate power (400-700nm). It is offered at a range of focal lengths from 10mm to 1m, and features a 400-700nm AR coating.

When coma correction is done over the visible wavelength range and combined with spherical aberration and achromatic performance, balance is achieved. This makes the doublet ideal for general purpose imaging lenses.

Achromatic lens - 415 – 700 nm | LAL series

Laser grade cemented achromatic doublet for low/moderate-power; 415 700 nm. Specially designed for laser-beam manipulation and focusing at low to moderate power, these achromats are computer optimized for infinite conjugate ratio. These lenses are held to the tightest focal length and surface quality of all our cemented achromats, with minimal spherical aberration and coma at visible wavelengths.

Double lens / achromatic - 425 - 675 nm | AAP, AAN series

The AAP: Precision-Grade Positive Visible Cemented Achromats are best suited for imaging and small power laser usage. These precision grade cemented achromatic doublets are designed for vast conjugate ratio and best for low/moderate-power; 425 – 675 nm. To continue, the lenses offer superb wave front and exterior excellence at diameters up to 4", and are AR-coated for use at visible wavelengths.

Triple lens / achromatic - 633, 1064 nm | HAP, HAN series

Idex HAN: 1064/633-nm negative achromatic air-spaced laser triplets have been designed with identical focal lengths at 1064 nm and 633 nm to focus high power Nd:YAG and HeNe laser beams on the same focus target.

The laser triplets are used for high power Nd:YAG/HeNe or Ti:sapph lasers. The triplets are adjusted for spherical aberration at both wavelengths and at 1064 nm for coma, and deliver exceptional achromatic performance for Ti:Sapphire laser use at 800 nm.

Triple lens / achromatic - 532, 1064 nm | YAP, YAN series

The air-spaced achromatic laser triplet used for high power Nd:YAG/2nd harmonic use 532 & 1064 nm, is designed to provide similar a focal length of 1064nm and 532nm used in focusing high power.

The Nd:YAG, that is, the second harmonic beam focusing in at the same point allows for corrections made for spherical aberration at both of the wavelengths, plus the coma at 1064nm double V-coat AR reduces loss.
