Bi-telecentric lens

Opto's telecentric lenses have been designed to handle high-precision measurement tasks in machine vision. These high-quality optics have a clear advantage in the telecentric imaging on both sides (Bi-telecentrics). Due to the spatial extension of the object-sided telecentricity it can show 3-D objects with zero perspective error. The image-sided telecentricity of the system is much less dependent on the camera's mechanical tolerances while offering uniform illumination of the camera chip (no pixel vignetting). Increased measurement accuracy is achieved due to the high depth of field and exceptionally low distortion.

Representing the ideal solution for measurements of precision components, with the best performance/price ratio, the lenses are optimized for C-mount cameras which have chip sizes up to 2/3.

The telecentric lens 100 -BTC -032 is designed for optical high performance finding application or use in high-precision measuring machine vision and metrology to 0.32X magnification. It has optical high performance and can be used with matrix cameras with up to 5 megapixel specification. It is compatible with all the cameras with sensor and has a maximum size of 2 /3''.
The device also comes with an optional clamp attachment. This attachment can be used for DIN rail mounting that makes it easy to adjust. It can tolerate differences between positioning sensors and the target can visualize a 3D object without any error perspective.It provides bi-telecentric object side as well. The double telecentric allows for substantial limitation vignetting leading to a much more uniform image.

An optional clamp attachment makes it suitable for DIN rail mounting.OEM versions are available as per requirement. The BTC Opto series has the advantage of being able to provide optical Bi-Telecentric. This means the target can visualize a three-dimensional object without error perspective on the object side while the camera side can tolerate varying positioning sensors. A substantial limitation vignetting (mor uniform image) is also allowed by the double telecentric.

Although the lens is ultra compact it has big lens performance with an unbeatable close focus of 450 mm. The performance of the lens is enhanced through the use of low dispersion glass. The zoom and focus movements utilises floating cell technology producing a smooth, light movement ensuring the best performance throughout the zoom range.

What really makes the Z10-HDCF really stand out from the crowd is its versatility. Due to a unique user interchangeable rear cell this lens can be adapted to work with sensor formats from 1/3” up to and including 2/3” single and 3CCD. When fitted with a 1/3” format rear cell the lens will have a focal length of 7.5 to 75 mm. Change to a 2/3” format rear cell and you will have a focal length of 14 to 140mm.

On top of the ultra compact size, superb performance and unique image format flexibility the Z10-HDCF also has built in topside and back focus adjustment to make setting up as simple as it could possibly be.

These lenses are highly resistant to radiation and manufactured from 100% radiation hard materials. Browning or discoloration will not occur when the lens is exposed to radiation. The lens is available in a 1/2 and 2/3" CCD format, and supports D and C-mount.

The Motorised Non-Browning Zoom Lens is manufactured by Resolve Optics, and has a compact design, high resolution, and with non-browning zoom lens. The unit has special glass to prevent discoloration when exposed to radiation.

It has two types of mounting which are D and C-mounting. Some of its applications include nuclear power stations and waste storage plants. The unit has a length which measures between 8 mm to 24 mm in diameter.

These Resolve Optics zoom lenses are radiation resistant and non-browsing models with compact designs. They are fully motorized and made entirely from radiation hard materials. To prevent discoloration when the lenses are exposed to radiation, a special type of glass is used.

Features include noise suppression, a motorized zoom, 1/2" and 2/3" format and slip clutches for focus and iris control. Setting the lenses up is easy thanks to a C-mount. Ideal applications are in nuclear environments such as waste storage plants and power stations.
