Laser welding optics
Laserline modular optics are the leading choice of customers for their laser applications. The flexible optics also provide customers add-ons which help in developing dependable, sensor-controlled processes resulting in high quality, consistent manufacturing. The integration of sensors, which gather process information, is enabled by the additional beam splitter cube. The laser power and temperature is controlled by a pyrometer which uses the emitted radiation.
The process can be observed safely on a monitor thanks to a CCD camera. The exchange of cover glasses is made fast and simple, even in systems which are hard to reach, by a drawer style cover glass holder, specifically for processes like cladding and metal welding. The beam can be shaped into into any geometrical form thanks to the easily swappable optics at the end of the optical fiber.
