Collimator lens - J10919 series
The J10919 series FAC lens is an optical lens. It collimates light which spreads out from a semiconductor laser along the fast-axis into a single direction. The output light cannot be efficiently used unless collimated because, in the fast-axis direction, the semiconductor lasers have a large divergence angle.The FAC lens is able to collimate light spreading from a semiconductor laser into a narrow beam. It does this with a radiation angle of several milliradians (mrad) or less. This means that the diverging light can be effectively utilized. It features an aspheric micro-cylindrical lens.
