The VMC Model of Test Rig Component, manufactured by GAT, is specifically designed for an intense dynamic testing. This device features a torque motor that composed of a twisting cylinder according to the Swivel vane principle and a contact-free sealing rotary union. It has torque of 200 000 Nm, has rotational speeds of 30 000 rpm, and can generate with an accuracy of 0.5%.
Moreover, the hydro static suspension of the shaft vane is provided to permit for an intense frequency changes at accurate proportionality of pressure and torque. Its coupler flange is attached clearance-free to the shaft ends with an oil interference fit and has a ratio of 1:50 taper.

The VM/EV series are types of torsion motors used for quasistatic tests. The motor has a rotating cylinder in accordance with the swivel vane principle, and a contact-free sealing union. The cylinder rotates on a rate of 3000 min-1. The vane shaft is sealed from the housing with an elastic seal. Because of this, the device consumes minimal oil.
The VM series consists of different sizes. With its durable construction, the device can ensure a long life. By using a cantilever, installation on the test bench can be possible. A fixed unit EV is available for quasistatic tests.
The models may or may not have servo hydraulics. Upon request, special sizes and shapes are available.

Globe APU air driven test systems are portable test systems designed to suit liquid pressure testing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, hoses and valves. All the frames, tubing and components of the MADAN/SC pumps are made from high quality stainless steel. These robust, explosion proof systems are highly reliable as it incurs no loss of energy when the system reaches it maximum pressure. Each of this systems are equipped with filter, lubricator and regulator including gauge, on/off bal valve, SS inlet strainer, manifold, pressure release valve, SS high pressure gauge and are glycerin filled. These systems are available for working pressures from 0-2500 bar with 7 bar air supply. Custom built systems are available on request.
