The VM/EV series are types of torsion motors used for quasistatic tests. The motor has a rotating cylinder in accordance with the swivel vane principle, and a contact-free sealing union. The cylinder rotates on a rate of 3000 min-1. The vane shaft is sealed from the housing with an elastic seal. Because of this, the device consumes minimal oil.The VM series consists of different sizes. With its durable construction, the device can ensure a long life. By using a cantilever, installation on the test bench can be possible. A fixed unit EV is available for quasistatic tests.
The models may or may not have servo hydraulics. Upon request, special sizes and shapes are available.
