Comau test systems are capable of checking a range of modern and complex engine operations. The systems cater to all testing needs along with option to customize depending on situations.

The systems can serve a variety of applications such as alcohol-based fuel, gasoline, diesel, CNG, LPG, and helium. Solutions include engine hot test, engine cold test, testing of leakage, and in-process testing. It can also be used for measurement of torque to turn force, acquisition of data, fluid metering, and NVH characteristics including fuel economy, performance and emission.

The test systems provides highest accuracy and excellent reproducibility. The system is very easy to operate, calibrate and maintain. It offers exceptional accessibility and requires very less space.

These are available in standardized interfaces, making them suitable for seamlessly integration into test bed environments.

Thermo Scientific* TPDRO 1100 has been inventively engineered with precision in order to meet the needs and requirements of characterization of heterogeneous supported catalysts along with reactive solids. There is automated preparation of sample and its activation over the reactor in tandem with the analyses of other sample present inside a reactor. This consequently saves a lot of dispensable time and effort.

The performance and efficiency of TPDRO 1100 is automated and simultaneous existence of two reactors; or one after another in a sequence for the purpose of catalyst preparation. This includes processes like oxidation, saturation, reduction, and degassing. This takes place along with characterization of surface reactivity where temperature is programmed for adsorption, oxidation, reduction and chemisorption of gases.

Due to the presence of dual and independent pneumatic circuits, TPDRO is able to shorten and save its precious lab time. This system is also suitable for industrial catalytic researching without compromising over the precision, efficiency and accuracy. TPDRO 1100 is also able to generate information like catalytic metal dispersion, area of metallic surface area, its size, activation energy etc.

The Capacitec Calibration Stands were designed for customers willing to conduct in-house equipment calibrations, instead of sending the system back for factory recalibration (typical recalibration interval is 12 to 24 months). These accessories include a selection of calibration equipment such as a primary gap standard with triangular bases and certified gage blocks, a non-certified three section gap quick check block and a Sheer-Tumico, Boeckler or Mitutoyo micrometer, provided with a stainless steel calibration stand with target (available options include CS-1 and CS-10).
