The Donaldson Filter Test Center serves to determine the filter efficiency of sterile and ventilation filters via DOP test procedure. The process computer takes over the user guidance during the filter test, the monitoring of the overall system, the measured data recording and analysis and the subsequent logging of the test result via the built-in LCD screen. The FTC contains the components that serve the aerosol production as well as the measurement of the aerosol concentration. All functions are monitored and controlled by a process computer which is equipped with real time capable multi-tasking software. The FTC contains all the required components to perform an easy and safe test of filter elements.

The BEVCHECK PLUS represents a hand-held solution for the automated testing of membrane filters in beverage applications via the pressure decay method. This unit is designed to control the entire testing process and is capable of delivering printed results in the form of pressure decay of diffusional flow. In addition to hand-held operation, this unit can also be connected to the filter housings remotely from a central position. It is equipped with memory capable of storing 19 programs and 100 test reports, IP53 protection and can be used with compressed air or nitrogen and a range of filters and housings.
