These PowerTech PWL 4.5L engines provide peak torque and excellent transient response due to its advanced combustion technology, superior engine calibration, and wastegated turbocharging.

Our proven PowerTech Plus technology paired with a DOC (Diesel oxidation catalyst) and an enhaned SCR (selective catalytic reduction) system result in compact power solutions with minimized emissions. Near-zero levels of PM are produced by PowerTech PWL engines even without a filter, due to a superior combustion system and calibration. Air-to-air intercooling that cools intake air also reduces emissions. The DOC provides passive oxidation to the remaining PM and other hydrocarbons, with no regeneration needed.
