The reliable separation is possible within a few minutes when using the ES flow separation series of products distributed by OTEC. I is the ideal solution when it comes to reliable and fast separation of workpieces and media, especially when the media is an abrasive granulate. Before the ES Flow separator this could only be achieved by a time consuming and expensive manual process.
The different workpiece and media densities can be separated by flowing water within a few minutes; a process that is completely automated. The workpieces can be collected in a basket, with the media gathered in a container. The rate of the water flow can be adjusted quickly and easily between the media and the workpiece, due to of the higher flow rate that can be selected. Note that the FS series of flow separation units and the short processing times are other advantages.

The MCS series is manufactured by Ningbo Souwest Magnet Development, and is a magnetic coolant separator that is suitable for use in extracting ferrous objects from the coolant in order to extend the operating life of both the grind wheel and of the tool. It also enhances the quality of the surface of the workpiece, and is cost-efficient due to reuse of the coolant.
The MCS series is equipped with high tensity magnets in a completely energized turning drum, thus gives it the capability to steady remove ferrous objects from the flow of fluid. It has a magnetic strength of up to 2,000 G when equipped with ferrite magnets, and up to 4,000 G when equipped with rare earth magnets.
