I is the ideal solution when it comes to reliable and fast separation of workpieces and media, especially when the media is an abrasive granulate. Before the ES Flow separator this could only be achieved by a time consuming and expensive manual process.The different workpiece and media densities can be separated by flowing water within a few minutes; a process that is completely automated. The workpieces can be collected in a basket, with the media gathered in a container. The rate of the water flow can be adjusted quickly and easily between the media and the workpiece, due to of the higher flow rate that can be selected. Note that the FS series of flow separation units and the short processing times are other advantages.
