Tube oil separator - S01GB

This range of Fishboy Oil Skimmers by Skimoil implement the exclusively blended FishTube colelcto tube that configured in length to suit the application and welded into a constant loop. Adding to this, This FishTube collector hovers on the surface of water and is powered in c onstant loop by a skimmer. Fats, oils and grease stick to the exterior surface of the tube and are absorbed into the skimmer. The material attracted into the skimmer is eradicated by abrasive resistant Dureon scrapers and flows into a sludge pan that is cppointed with drain coupling.

The tube that is clean is then directed back to the base of the water by the skimmer to eradicate more material. Cooking oils, animal fats, diesel fuel, cutting oil grease, gasoline, jet a fuel, hydrallic oil, lubricating oil, kerosene, quench oil, paint sludge, silicone, RAD waste, sludge, solvents, tramp oil, soybean oil, waste oil and vegetable oil are not an issue for the Skimoil Fishboy Oil Skimmer.

The cooling lubricant plants can be specifically designed to meet customer requirements (e.g. in regard to flow rate, spatial conditions, degree of soiling and so on). As there are no moving parts, beside the pump, the plants require little maintenance and are easy to service.

If required, the central plants can be fitted with the following components:

Cooling systems:
Heat exchanger and cooling systems, to keep the cooling lubricant constantly at at the required operating temperature.
Chip disposal:
Plants for chip disposal are fitted according to customer requirements.

Almco's Model ST-4 Re-circulatory Sediment Tank is an economical and effective way to filter liquid finishing solutions from any operation. It allows solids to settle out of the solution prior to discharge of the liquids to drain or back to the machine. Each of the four tanks are fabricated of heavy gauge prime steel of all welded construction and are removable from the angle iron base framework. Basic approximate dimensions are 67" long x 24" wide x 51" high with 70 gallon capacity for liquids. Also includes 1/6 H.P. transfer pump.
Bag Filtration System consists of a Rosedale Products Model LCO-8 (or equal) floor mounted bag filter housing one filter bag rated at 50 microns (other micron ratings are available). Carbon steel housing is oversized for less frequency filter change-outs and is piped between the compound pump in the recirculatory tank and the vibratory machine. Also includes inlet and outlet pressure gauges for filter monitoring. System can be mounted on caster wheels with quick disconnect fittings as an option
