The MSR from Otec is a magnetic separating belt system designed for separation of ferromagnetic workpieces and abrasive media. It has a large operating range for separating small workpieces. The belt speed, and distance between magnet and abrasive media mixture must be adjusted to adapt the program to the objects. In addition, the magnetic belt system provides the user good and regular separation, using an automatic process.

This Magnetic Liquid Trap or also known as Magnetic Liquid Filter is capable of removing ferrous contaminants from the liquid in various viscosity rate in liquid or semi liquid systems. This results to purifying a material by filtering tiny contaminants to give magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment. The trap is available in various styles to suit any type of product with a maximum magnetic strength of 12000 GS for N style and 8000 GS for E style. It can work within at most 80℃ temperature up to 80℃-350℃, similar with the magnetic bars, if required. The trap can connect via ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head and so on. Shell material used for this device is stainless steel 304 or 316 L. Any other special specifications can be customized.

The Magnetic Liquid Traps or Filters are specially created to provide an excellent performance and functionality. The filters are ideally used for several liquid and semi-liquid systems to remove the ferrous contamination from any liquids with different level of viscosity and consistency. They provide several high quality features including a stainless steel 304 which is available for any shell materials, a basic working temperature of ≤80℃ with a maximum working temperature which can further be chosen from 80℃ to 350℃. The filters also features a maximum magnetic strength which has the ability to reach 12,000GS for the N style and 8000Gs for E the style. It also has a connection which can be through ferrule, bolt plate, flange and more.

The magnetic strength can reach 13,000GS for N style while 9000Gs for E style. The device can work on a temperature of 80 ℃ up to 350 ℃. Ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head can be used as a connection. The 304/316L stainless steel is available for shell material. To make sure that the maximum magnetic effect can be reached without impeding liquid flow, the machine is designed properly with its magnetic configuration. The pressure design can be custom-made.

The N style is a normal magnetic grate. The frame and tube material is made of 304/316L stainless steel, making it resistant with corrosion. The magnetic grates are installed on the frame and 25 mm diameter round bars. The surface can be polished and welded in order to meet food grade or pharmacy application requirements.
The working temperature of the grate is 80 ℃, and may reach up to 350 ℃ if requested. An E style or easy cleaning grate with angle baffles or rod is also available.
Known uses for the product include installation on hoppers, housings and bins.
