Available with different shapes and dimensions, square and other magnetic tubes featured in standard lengths like 25mm(1 inch) and a max length up to 2500mm as per customer's request. To meet food grade or pharmacy application our magnetic bar can be fully polished and welded because they are made from seamless 304 and 316 stainless steal tubes. To meet special applications we can offer up to 350 degrees Celsius but our usual max working temperature is 80 degrees Celsius. Also Available are various kinds of ends like double screw bolt, thread hole and nail head. Different magnetic strengths are available to meet customer's requirements, by using ferrite magnets or different grades rare earth magnets, the highest magnetic strength can achieve 12,000GS(1.2T) with the diameter 25mm(1 inch) tube. Ferrous is effectively removed by the magnetic bars that are the main part of different magnetic grate separators.

Overband magnetic separator DND-MC with manual cleaning is used in plants with low occurrence of ferromagnetic particles, which have to be removed manually within specified time periods or simply when the magnet surface is full.
Overband magnetic separator with manual cleaning can be suspended over the belt conveyor transversally or longitudinally above the conveyor belt discharge. More powerful overband magnetic separators are required when arranged transversally, because the conveyed material remains unaffected and the material flow is not spread.
The trapped ferromagnetic particles have to be removed manually. For this purpose WALMAG MAGNETICS overband magnetic separator can be fitted with special pusher in order to remove the metallic parts more quickly, easily and effectively.
Another possibility is to place the overband magnetic separator on a special rail construction. The whole overband magnetic separator can be then moved on the side and easily cleaned.

Magnetic drum separator is widely used in applications where ferromagnetic parts from loose materials need to be separated. Magnetic drum is usually placed at the end of conveyor belt or below the machine hopper. Unlike the magnetic pulley the magnetic drum is not part of the conveyor belt. The magnetic drum can be fitted with NdFeB neodymium magnets or with ferrite magnets.
The revolving outer case of the magnetic drum which rotates around the fixed magnetic cores is made of stainless steel. All ferromagnetic particles trapped are then again released behind the axis of the drum in the lower part where the magnetic field stops to have effect and fall down into separate outlet for ferromagnetic contaminants.
