Drum separator - 100 - 5 000 l/min | TUW
A filter system specifically designed for steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron and aluminum processing as it successfully filters free flow emulsions and oils that contain metal and swarf particles with outputs of 100-500 l/min. There is a clingy slotted screen drum that effects the filtration for the low end pressure feed.
The compound tank consists of a two part mechanism, which includes a dirt and clean tank with impurities being placed in into the slotted drum and immediately cleared away. There is a pump that suctions the filtration of the interior drum and transmits it to the clean tank. There is an added benefit with this method in that it produces positive balance of energy with a minimal heat input. The system has an international patent application.

These devices deferrize slips and liquid products in general by using a primary magnetic drum inmersed into the product from which it removes the ferromagnetic particles contained. An auxiliary magnetic roller attracts the ferromagnetic particles collected by the primary roller and discharges them into a special box.
