Permanent magnet pulley - PM series
The magnetic pulley can be produced using ferrite magnets that are cost effective. Powerful rare earth magnets can be produced if needed. The maximum magnetic strength is 15000Gs. Its surface material is 304 or 316L stainless steel. It is resistant to corrosion and non-pollutant. The pulley requires no electric power to generate a magnetic field. Its two-side design ensures a good link with the motor. An automatic form separation system works with the belt. Pulleys are placed at the conveyor belt's head to separate iron particles, iron scrap, tramp iron and ferromagnetic objects from bulk material such as iron ore, grain, sand, gravel, plastics, wood, waste, cullet, and rubber.

3. Standard working temperature≤80℃, if needed, Max working temperature from 80℃ to 350℃ is also available.
4. One row, two rows or more rows magnetic grid can be producted according to customer requirement.

The magnetic grate frame and tube materials comes in either 304 or 316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and no pollution. The standard magnetic grates are made with stainless steel frames and have a 25mm diameter round bar. The frame and magnetic bar surface can be fine polished and completely welded, making it suitable for food-grade or pharmaceutical applications.
When necessary the maximum working temperature stands from 80 to 350℃. The normal item is the N style and easy-cleaning is the E style, both of which come with angle baffles and rods. The magnetic grate can be installed or laid simply inside hoppers, housing and bins to trap ferrous fines, fragments as well as small metal objects. Grates are made for low abrasion materials.
