The injection nozzle assembly comprises an injection pipe which is screwed into the water pipe, a shutoff valve and a non-return valve.

Valve gating system - E-Drive®

E Drive is the latest electric valve - gating solution that is commercially effective. It is designed for precision molding and multi cavitation applications inside oil free - environments and clean room. Valve pin - plate concept of the device makes use of the whole capabilities included in servo technology without compromising the force or speed of the device. Power of the servo motor is transmitted via a timing belt and two - ball screws to the valve - pin plate which can produce accurate linear motion for opening and closing gates. It also has E - drive controller that can be easily used and is capable of providing complete motion control and accurate set-up. Servo feedback - control along with absolute - position encoder makes it unnecessary for readjusting the pin position and also can provide correct position. These are designed to suit the molds with multiple cavity. It is featured with shorter pin close and open times and also with navigation that can be easily controlled. It is ideal to be used with pico, centi and femto nozzles.

The Accu-Line single nozzle system is a mold master that features a durable structure designed for rigorous site application and life cycle testing. It is best known for its heat profile and optimized gate durability that produce better part quality. The actuator unit is completely unified within the stationary machine platen which minimizes stack height and molding backing plate material up to 2/3s. Furthermore, its in-line design eradicates any mechanical problems with off-center loading valve. Its brushings observe the same design principles as the Master-Series valve gating systems which secures leak protection and increased availability.

The Master- Series from Mold- Masters is engineered with an accurate pneumatic or hydraulic actuator gate system that is capable of quality sequential part injection. These hot runners are equipped with a tested, pre- wired and assembled board that is capable of precise heating.

Using CIC Technology, these hot runners are capable of handling productions with runner sizes up to 18 mm, shots up to 3,500 g. It is designed with nozzles that are 900 mm in length and 16 mm in width making it ideal for a wide variety of applications that caters to the needs of the user. It also has an available option for individual servo valve gate control and pin position indicators.

The H7001 series of cold runner components has various models.

Z201 has spru brushng, an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and works at 230 V AC. Type J Z101 works at 230 V AC and has a built-in Fe-CuNi thermocouple for processing thermoplastics. Z101G works at 230 V AC, has an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and is used for pin-pointing gating without any circular marking.

The design is similar to types Z101/...Z101R which work at 230 V AC, have an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and have a nozzle tip which can be shaped as required. These are similar to types Z101/...Z103 which work at 230 V AC, have an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and are used for gating onto the subrunner. This is also suitable for Z107 and similar in design to Z101/...Z3210.
