Femto-Lite, an 11 mm wide hot runner nozzle is used in a variety of applications like small closures, flip-top caps, personal care and multi-material/multi-color products. The product has 19 mm pitch and a flange to tip heat profile, making it ideal for thermoplastic resins. It is manufactured for users looking for gating and tight pitch designs. The device delivers a highly reliable valve gate solution for different kinds of molds. For the very small valve gate, complete with a large bore and reduced pressure drop, you have 12mm gate access and 6mm flow channel. The flange and pin of 2.5mm is extremely strong and fitted with valve gate seals. The nozzle length varies from 73 to 163mm. The nozzle is ideal for close gate-to-gate spacing, thanks to its 3.5mm runner diameter and 12mm well bore. The tip and sprue gates offer five gating options.
