Ewikon HPS III-S nozzles are standard nozzles for direct gating in open gating or with a tip. They are designed for all shot weights and all materials.
These nozzles are available in lengths from 19 to 350 mm and with flow channels of 4.5, 12, 9 or 6 mm in diameter. Also, they possess removable heaters, tip inserts and thermocouples. Finally, they are designed for frontal installation which makes them easy to access and replace.
