Hot runner nozzle - Z3210 series
The H7001 series of cold runner components has various models. Z201 has spru brushng, an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and works at 230 V AC. Type J Z101 works at 230 V AC and has a built-in Fe-CuNi thermocouple for processing thermoplastics. Z101G works at 230 V AC, has an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and is used for pin-pointing gating without any circular marking.
The design is similar to types Z101/...Z101R which work at 230 V AC, have an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and have a nozzle tip which can be shaped as required. These are similar to types Z101/...Z103 which work at 230 V AC, have an Fe-CuNi thermocouple and are used for gating onto the subrunner. This is also suitable for Z107 and similar in design to Z101/...Z3210.
