This revolutionary balancing valve is made up of a cast iron body and bonnet. It has amazingly unique features including a brass stem, stainless steel seat, cast iron disc with PTFE gasket and a pressed steel hand wheel. It has connection flanges dressed and drilled according to EN 1092-2 PN 16 standards with a raised face. It has a most distinguishing feature wherein its hexagonal caps close the piezometric inlets and if necessary they have to be moved away to insert the pressure inlets but this of course is separately supplied. Every valve is provided by screwdriver for stroke regulating.

To obtain maximum performance from the valves, the body and its threaded parts must be clean and free of impurities. To clean the valves efficiency, you can use compressed air. Use the valves carefully because too much force could destroy the couplings and cause the valve to break. However, you can use a wrench to screw and tighten the valve and for sealing purposes, you can use PTFE or hempen tape as they will not react with the fluid.
