SGS Hi-Per Carb composite drill has a double angle, and it provides many more advantages in comparison to other drills within its class.

It has a 8 facet design. Every feature of the drill has been designed to solve the most common challenges faced during composite drilling. The innovative drill does not cause any delamination or splintering, while creating a high accuracy hole. This maximizes productivity during the process of composite drilling.

The high performance drill comes with an exclusive Di-NAMITE coating. This has been especially designed for SGS Composite solutions. The drill is stabilized due to the double margin construction. This results in improved hole accuracy and better surface finish in the final hole. In addition to the drill point, 4 cutting edges are created by the compound angle.

Delamination and entry and exit of the hole are minimized. Due to the unique drill point, material is evenly distributed and load is spread across 2 distinct angles and 4 separate cutting edges. Due to the unique double angle, abrasiveness of the composite is prevented, which results in improved tool life.
