The SPRINT from Mold-Masters is engineered with effective mold decompression system that is able to balance on high cavity tools. This hot runner is efficient in changing colors, with a valve gate / hot tip solution that can be adjusted to speeds from as fast as 3 second to 6 second cycles. These valves and open gates are well-controlled. Thanks to its authentic cylindrical valve gate solution that makes rapid cycling molds possible.
Designed with a valve gate that regulates operation temperature with its own cooling system, the sprint model comes with E-Drive or pneumatic actuation systems that can be used to suit the user's needs. It also features optimum control of the gate vestige on either the valve or open gate systems.
