Sequential valve gate system - UltraSync
The UltraSync-E technology presents stringent consistency through precise stem closing. It also provides operations for cleanrooms. Its precision is met with 100% simultaneity of the valve systems, and moved by an electric servo motor. The scheme is laid out to give the right stem force to meet superior gate quality. The UltraSync-E technology is usable for medical and technical applications, as well as with those requiting the processing of high accuracy small parts.This type of technology has a minimum nozzle spacing of 18 mmm and could be an alternative with Ultra 350, Ultra 500 and Ultra 750 valve gate hot runner nozzles. It also has a particular plate actuation mechanism that needs minimal maintenance – all moving components run on roller bearings.
