Ultrasonic tube tester - ROTA series

The revolutionary ROTA Series of integrated systems is a probe-rotating ultrasonic inspection system, which can be used for efficiently testing pipes, heat-exchanger tubes, and hot processed pipes. The ultrasonic inspection system is capable of precisely identifying inner and outer defects in a given testing subject, and can also accurately calculate the subject's full dimension measurement.

The ROTA S & Z types are specifically designed with a central probe adjustment and motorized bench/transport mechanism. These ROTA types are also noted for their excellent repeatability rates and high test speeds.

The ROTA series conforms to ASTM, ASME, API, SEP and DIN standards.

It is an ultrasonic tube and pipe tester with immobile probe system or portal solutions with mobile probes. A wide range of diameters from 20 to 660 mm (.79 to 25.9 in.) are available for different test techniques that need different models. Furthermore, this product has a wall thickness of 3 to 50 mm and an external diameter of 60-500 mm.
