All floorboards or planks in a production line are inspected inline for the tiniest surface or edge defects. With a clock rate up to 250 pieces per minute and a speed that goes up to 120m per minute, the sorting process is performed and carried out in accordance to quality rules.

Camera systems are set up for a variety of purposes: detecting deviations, monitoring product quality and triggering alarms in the event that a high number of defects is detected. As for the inspection system, the quality of each product in each shift and batch is recorded 24/7. These systems are connected to one another so that product quality can be evaluated at any given moment by the product management or quality control department. Any defect is detected and defective boards are marked and sorted out reliably.

The I20 is a non-contact dual-head double metal sheet detector especially used for steel and non-ferrous materials. The series comes with 3 interchangeable pairs of sensors. The device can be adjusted by using a Teach-In procedure. It has a digital indicator which shows the sheet thickness and operational parameters. The device can be programmable in 255 different sheet thickness. It monitors over gauge, under gauge limits, operating voltage and measurement time. The data can be backed up by using USB interface.

The series consist of a dual sensor non-contact measuring method. The functional principle it uses is the inductive transmission principle. The device is suitable for bowed and vibrating sheets.

This sheet detector consists of an LCD display that shows the visualization of nominal, current values, operational, error messages and key allocation. The Railscan 125R has been designed especially for rail testing, which presents exacting challenges for NDT and its operators.

To comply with Network Rail (UK) procedure and approval, it has narrow band amplifiers of 2 and 5 MHz, G1 +ve trigger and G2 -ve trigger using a 0.6 second delay for monitoring the rail bottom depth. It uses the latest Li-Ion technology for a long battery life of 10-16 hours, depending on the brightness, with a fast recharge time of 3-4 hours.

It is compatible with a Sperry walking stick and others, such as NRS bi-directional walking stick.
