The amount of speed reduction will not only be measured, it will be converted to Leeb hardness values. The unit is designed for automatic recognition of the impact sensor that is connected to the HMM. The compensation function is automatic, and enables all possible measurement directions. There is enough internal memory for up to nine data groups with up to nine values for each group. From these values, the average value of the group is formed. A wireless IR printer comes with the device for on-site printing. The precision is within 1% at 800-HLD.

Conjunction packages are also available, which consist of both the regular and superficial tester models. The ME-2RDS Series is the updated version of the digital tester, which features a flexible dynamic compression loading system and an enhanced digital readout.

The load system efficiently removes critical friction points, which can be added to erroneous readings. The enhanced digital test head is password-protected, and can be utilized to show the hardness result. In addition, various optimal functions including tolerances, SPC, etc. are integrated in the unit.

The series can work on Brinell, Vickers, Knoop scales, Rockwell, and superficial Rockwell. It can also work on thermoplastics.

The FH-10 is available only with one model and it is the FH-10-0. This model comes off with a Horizon video indent measuring system. Its embedded user interface is made for easy operation. It also let the users not only to operate the testers but also to integrates advanced algorithms for automatic impression detection and hardness measurement.

The model is available with the load range of 1 to 250kgf.
