Shore hardness tester - DIN 53505, ISO 7619, ISO 868

The Shore Hardness Tester manufactured in Germany is used to determine the surface-hardness of different kinds of materials according to the Shore A, B, C, D, DO and O. This tester is designed in compliance with DIN 53505, ISO 7619, ISO 868 and ASTM D 2240. It is equipped with an outer ring that has a spring loaded ability which ensures the constant measuring pressure. Also, it reduces the chances of false reading due to difference between operators.

Moreover, this device has a flat bottom which avoids the tilting and improves the measurement accuracy.

Textile hardness tester

Used to determine winding density of closely wound bobbins of synthetic and finished fibers and filaments, the Textile hardness tester (durometer) has a measuring force in line with shore A regulations. Its ball diameter is 2.5 / 5 / 10 mm and the ball shaped indentor prevents damage to bobbins. The unit has a spring loaded outer ring which assures a constant measuring pressure eliminating false readings which due to the difference between operators. Adjustable minimum/maximum indicator marks highlight the working range of the textile durometer. It has a flat working face for bobbins with diameters of over 400 mm; and slightly curved working for bobbins with diameter less than 400 mm.

Vickers hardness tester / micro - HMV-G series

Shimadzu HMV-G Series Micro Vickers Hardness Testers are a perfect solution for the growing needs of a dependable operation for assuring high level of quality. These devices can be easily accessed by any operator without the dangers of a human failure.

The Micro Vickers Hardness Testers consist of an automated height computation provision that is standardized to satisfy the operator's needs of a handy device. Additionally, it utilizes a camera integrated novel G frame that extends the job-site considerably ,enhances functionality and can conveniently verify the samples that have a larger footprint. Additionally, magnification can also be adjusted mechanically for matching the volume of the indentation with the appropriate lens with the help of the automated lens shifting feature.

Indentation hardness tester - DUH-211/DUH-211S

The DUH-211/DUH-211S series represents the latest surface strength evaluation system, designed to determine material strength of micro regions including: semiconductors, LSI, ceramics, hard disks, vapor deposited films, and similar thin coating layers, that would be impossible with the previous hardness testing systems. In addition it can also be used for testing plastics and rubbers. This unit features a unique method for measuring dynamic indentation depth, instead of the indentation after the test, allowing testing of very thin films and surface layers, that cannot be observed by standard models. This method can also be used to gather data in order to determine elastic modulus on the test specimens.
