Rockwell hardness tester - ME-2 Series
The ME-2 Series is a line of Rockwell Hardness testers manufactured by Newage. The testers conform to the international standard of ASTM E18.The testers come in 3 different versions, such as the advanced, basic and analog types. Every version can be provided for constant or superficial testing.
Conjunction packages are also available, which consist of both the regular and superficial tester models. The ME-2RDS Series is the updated version of the digital tester, which features a flexible dynamic compression loading system and an enhanced digital readout.
The load system efficiently removes critical friction points, which can be added to erroneous readings. The enhanced digital test head is password-protected, and can be utilized to show the hardness result. In addition, various optimal functions including tolerances, SPC, etc. are integrated in the unit.
