With high-quality components and various automation options, the DSA30 analyses wetting and adhesion on solid surfaces. Fast measurements and simple operation make the instrument a valuable part of everyday quality control.

The DSA30 comprises of a uniform lighting unit, high-quality optical components and a high-resolution camera. This results in a precise image of the dispensed drop which ensures that the drop shape can be reliably evaluated for the contact angle. An aperture on the lighting unit provides optimum optical conditions for small contact angles and reflective samples, which otherwise often present a challenge when measuring the contact angle.

Our Drop shape Analyzer the DSA25 is simple to use, and is a reliable instrument for ascertaining the measurement of a contact angle. From the simple wetting test to the correct measurement of the surface and free energy, the strong instrument provides a flexible option for the analysis of wetting and adhesion for solid surfaces. The rapid manual operation ensures that the DSA25 is superior for occasional wetting measurements having changing tasks plus sample sizes. There is also well convinced details which provide suitable measurement. The uniform lighting and superior quality optical components ensure that the dispenses drop is shown in the correct shape, and the correct angle is measured. The sample quickly moved which is required for the measuring of height through the use of the finely adjustable lift table. The table is able to be moved and this requires the dosing position which quickly sets thanks to the magnetic fixing. The MobileDrop is a portable and highly flexible contact angle measurement device, designed for rapid on site quality assurance and process optimization (such as cleaning, pre-treatment and coating of materials). It can determine wettability and surface free energy of solids according to the contact angle, and provides highly accurate non-destructive measurements on samples of any size, regardless of position (horizontal, vertical and underside). This highly compact unit can be used on the move and weighs 500 g, but still contains a complete measuring system with camera, dosing unit and lens. The ergonomic shape of the device permits one-handed operation and the unit features a notebook connection for data evaluation, making it fully independent from local electrical supply. Additionally, the dosing units can be exchanged in a fast and simple manner.

The PCE-RT 1200 roughness tester makes it easier to compute the unevenness of a surface using a piezo probe for precise identification. It can compute a space of Ra, Rz, Rt and Rq owing to its broad array in the quality regulation zone and can convey the computation into a unique software.

The software can stock up all the evaluated values and allows to record the unevenness levels. The PCE-RT 1200 roughness tester needs to be planted in the surface for computations and requires the sensing crown to be dragged across the surface. The PC-RT 1200 consists of a rechargeable battery as well as computed values displayed on the monitor. Moreover, there is a charger in each distribution.
