Roughness tester - Ra i%u2265 0,4 μm
Plastiform's Ra measures the roughness of the material. The roughness is measurable straightly on the cast when the surface Ra is ≥ 0,4μm. The measuring is done through a surface meter. Inspection procedures like laser metrology and interferometry can be used for a lower roughness.
Due to its impressions, the impossibility of reaching features is no longer an issue. Some of the products can be used for Indirect Roughness Control Ra.
