This product is one of the most highly accurate surface roughness measuring instrument which helps the CNC measurement of surface roughness and contour. The maximum speed of each axe is of 200mm/s, which allows high-speed positioning for increased throughput of multiple-profile/ multiple-workpiece measurement tasks.

The continuous measurement of horizontal and inclined surfaces can be easily performed using models with axis by power-tilting the drive unit. Whereas the models with the Y-axis table can expand the measuring range for multiple work-pieces by positioning it in the Y-axis direction.

The CNC models come with rotary tables q1 and q2 to help expand the CNC measurement application range. You can also perform an inclined plane measurement using 2 axes simultaneously in the X- and Y-axis directions.

There is an anti-collision safety device in the detector unit that causes it to automatically stop in case the main body collides with a workpiece.

In addition to this, the item can be combined with surface roughness detector swiveling units, offering continuous measurement over the top side and bottom surfaces of a workpiece.

The large table is optional and supports a load of about 100g, while the continuous automatic measurement system is compatible with large size workpieces. The item is suitable for automatic surface roughness measurement, especially for heavy and large workpieces.

Next, the configuration of the moving column eliminates the size constrictions of the workpiece, being advantageous for moving of heavy engine blocks. The Y-axis stroke is 800mm, while the load table comes with a self-contained structure.
