The Yoke track roller models, for example, may come in sizes which vary from 0.4 to 11.8-inch sizes, while the Stud model of track rollers, on the other hand, may come in sizes which differ from a minimum of 0.4 to 5.1-inch instruments. Profiled track rollers--which are specifically created to minimize load-carrying applications from mounting mislaying, bending, or angling--have differing dimensional sizes from the previous two track roller classifications.
Despite these dissimilarities in overall product sizing, however, almost any and every type of track rollers from Koyo may be well-known for their direct compatibility with any track, thanks to their thick-walled external rings. These said rings allow for extreme load bearing capacities, while at the same time, minimizing, to nearly-eliminating any stress to bending or contortion.

Type TVL ball thrust bearings are designed to provide exceptionally low friction, cool running and quiet operation at high speeds and also offers less sensitivity to misalignment. TVLs are designed for thrust loading, but will also accommodate some radial loading. The bearings come in 228.6 mm to 1371.6 mm (9 in. to 54 in.) sizes. The bearings are made of precision ground and lapped steel balls that are enclosed by hardened and ground steel races and separated by a bronze cage.
Additionally, other materials may be specified as per to suit specific application needs. Type DTVL ball thrust bearings features an upper and lower complement of angular contact balls and three race elements. The bearings are design to carry a thrust load in one direction, comparable to the TVL type, and a lighter thrust load in the opposite direction. They come in 508 mm to 1374.775 mm (20 in. to 54.125 in.) sizes.

They can easily accommodate high thrust loads for supporting moderate radial loads. For low friction bearing, it is designed with a unique bearing geometry and manufacturing technology. To compensate the shaft deflections and housing distortions that are caused by heavy loads, the bearings are designed with an internal self-aligning.
The inherent compensation of the TSR gives an opportunity for the equipment designers to use weldments for housing frames in place of complex castings. This eventually reduces the machine cost. The bore alignment is ideally less critical if the thrust bearings are specified.

EMERSON Rollway spherical roller thrust bearings are designed for high axial load carrying capacity, and can accommodate radial loads up to a maximum of 55% of the thrust load. These units feature improved tolerance to shaft misalignment and can take high thrust loads at high speeds, due to raceways inclination to the bearings axis. These bearings feature asymmetrical barrel-shaped rollers and are normally lubricated with oil (other options can be used in special circumstances). Note that a minimum thrust load must exist in order to avoid raceway damage due to strong centrifugal forces.
