Rigid thrust ball bearing - ID : 10 - 40 mm, OD : 30 - 90 mm | 51 series

The axial deep groove ball bearings are comprised of housing locating washers, shaft location washers, and ball and cage assemblies. As the bearings are not self-retaining, this means the ball and cage assembly and bearing washers can be fitted independently to each other

Apart from the series of flat washers, spherical housing locating washers are used to compensate static misalignment and are usually utilized in conjunction with support washers. Single and double designs of the axial deep groove ball bearings are available. These designs can both support high axial forces but cannot be subjected to radial loads.

Angular-contact thrust ball bearing - ø 18 - 400 mm | 2344, 2347 series

The double-direction and axial contact ball bearings have limited tolerances to class SP and are non-self retaining. These bearing are made up of solid shaft locating washers, spacer rings, housing locating washers along with ball and cage assemblies made of solid brass cages.

The bearing parts can be independently fitted and need not be swapped with bearing of a similar size.

Cylindrical roller thrust bearing - ID : 15 - 50 mm, OD : 28 - 78 mm | 811, 812

Shcaeffler axial cylinder roller bearings are made up of axial roller, cage assemblies, shaft and housing locating washers. These bearing are well known in facilitating forces in single direction through their precisely located small axial section height enduring high load carrying capacity and intense rigidity. The axial cylinder roller and cage assemblies are made up of single or double cylindrical rollers enclosed on axial cages. They can remarkably assist axial force from single direction and at the same time play as non-locating bearings in radial directions. Device's flexibility allows to be a rolling bearing raceway if utilized without axial bearings.

Spherical roller thrust bearing - ID : 85 - 200 mm, OD : 150 - 400 mm

Axial spherical roller bearings are self-aligning, single-row roller bearings. They are made of a solid shaft and housing washers that have asymmetrical barrel rollers with cages. The cage contains the roller and the cage assembly with its shaft locating washer. The bearings can be removed and dismantled. The parts of the bearings can be assembled separately.

Axial spherical roller bearings can also support heavy axial loads even at relatively high speeds. Since raceways today have an angle in relation to the bearing access, the bearings are valuable tools to support radial loads.

Needle thrust bearing

Boca's ball thrust bearings are suitable for use in handling side or axial loads. They can either have a 440C stainless steel or 52100 chrome steel construction.

In addition, the ball bearings are equipped with a retainer that can be made from various materials to satisfy a specific application requirement.

Thrust ball bearing - OD : 127 - 404.4 mm (5 - 16") | TVB series

Optimum performance in high speed applications is provided by TVB type ball thrust bearings. Axial rigidity is provided by the TVBs but these are not recommended for use with applications experiencing any radial loads. They range in size from 127mm-404.4mm (5in-16in). Easy installation is enabled as the rotating washer is usually shaft-mounted.

TVB type ball thrust bearings are used in applications relating to machine tool tables and fluid control valves.

Thrust ball bearing - ø 228.6 - 1374.775 mm (9 - 54") | TVL, DTVL series

A maximized performance in high-speed applications is delivered by the Timken ball thrust bearings in lighter loads and is available in standard axial (type TVB) as well as angular contact (types TVL and DTVL) designs.

Spherical roller thrust bearing - ø 110 - 850 mm (4.3307 - 33.4646") | TSR series

The Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings from Timken features a bearing configuration and manufacturing technology that results in low friction of bearing. To continue, the bearing geometry feature of the unit allows higher dynamic load ratings and improved lubrication characteristics. The device is arranged into a steep angular position that accommodates high thrust loads and support average radial loads. During operation, the internal self-alignment of its elements repay for shaft deflections and housing interference caused by shock or heavy loads. This type of thrust bearing is constructed for an immense thrust capacity with low friction, as well as continuous roller alignment.

Cylindrical roller thrust bearing - ø 50.8 - 609.6 mm (2 - 24") | TP series

The TP (standard) from Timken is a cylindrical thrust bearing that feeatures an overlapping roller paths for avoiding of grooving of races and prolong bearing operating life. The product includes two flat-hardened, ground steel washers along with a cage retainer maintaining one or more controlled contour rollers in every pocket. The longer rollers are placed in alternate positions in parallel pockets. Furthermore, a minimal radial displacement of the 'he' races does not hinder the operation of the TP bearing, which results in economic manufacturing and convenient installation procedures. The TP (standard) from Timken is suitable for operation under substantial loads at average speed.

Cylindrical roller thrust bearing - ø 50.8 - 406.4 mm (2 - 16") | TPS series

The TPS category cylindrical push bearing is close to TP category, excluding the base washer is composed of two races, through the contacting features spherically earth. The TPS bearing is self-correcting to first wrong position. It is not recommended for functions where position may be incessantly varying (active wrong position). Dimension series: 2 inches to 16 inches (50.8 mm to 406.4 mm). Plan features include overlying roller trails put off “channeling” of races and extend bearing existence, base washer plan makes bearing flexible to first misalignment, uncomplicated plan is the most inexpensive to buy and set up and negligible radial dislocation of the races does not have an effect on the function of a TPS bearing, causing in developed economies and simple setting up. Uses include drilling gear, building of wheeled gear, power production gearboxes and elating gear.
