Spherical roller thrust bearing - Rollway®
EMERSON Rollway spherical roller thrust bearings are designed for high axial load carrying capacity, and can accommodate radial loads up to a maximum of 55% of the thrust load. These units feature improved tolerance to shaft misalignment and can take high thrust loads at high speeds, due to raceways inclination to the bearings axis. These bearings feature asymmetrical barrel-shaped rollers and are normally lubricated with oil (other options can be used in special circumstances). Note that a minimum thrust load must exist in order to avoid raceway damage due to strong centrifugal forces.
