Compact vibration sensor - SmartCheck

The FAG SmartCheck vibration sensors can work on many machines. These vibrators are easy to use and flexible enough to meet all sorts of special demands. This is useful for detecting rolling bearing damages and mis-alignments on many units like motors, pumps, fans, ventilators, compressors and spindle tools.

The unit makes vibration monitoring easier to utilize and can be added to a variety of units.

Single-axis accelerometer / biaxial / triaxial / analog - 0 g ... ±12.3 g | SCA series

Murata is noted for their low-g acceleration sensors used in automotive applications. The company's extensive range contain high performance digital and analog accelerometers and these can be used in critical automotive and industrial applications. The accelerometers use an innovative and proprietary feature called 3D MEMS technology, and other features as well, to fit demanding applications. There is a dual-in-line or dual-in-flat-line plastic package that houses the sensing element and the measuring ASIC where you have pins for surface mount and re-flow soldering. These are coated with silicone gel to ensure environmental protection even during humid conditions and temperature cycling. Commendable performance is ensured even during harsh environments , thanks strong sensing element design with over damped frequency response. Measuring directions stays either parallel or perpendicular to the mounting plane.
